What is a Power Inlet Module?

A power inlet module is a device that combines multiple functions into a single unit to control power entry. They can provide circuit protection in two main paths: fuses or circuit breakers. Both lower the chances of harming the equipment or causing the end user physical injury. The inlet is the conduit for providing power with a detachable cord set. The most common means of connecting cable to equipment is via the IEC 60320 (C14, C13, etc.). The inlet contains blades for receiving a cord.

Hylec Control Stations

The Hylec Control Station range comes in a variety of colours and functions.

The Emergency Stop Stations come in a bright yellow housing and include an impact stop button with twist/push/unlocking reset options.
The Dual Push Buttons offer separate on/off buttons in a single housing and the Palm/Foot operated switches come with a choice of Red, Green or Black Mushroom button.
The Selector Switches offer an on/off twisting selector and a lockable version, for authorised-only operation.
Finally, the Flush Button Stations offer separate “On” and “Off” housings, a combined single housing and the option for forward and reverse operation buttons.

The Control Stations are housed in high impact resistant, flame retardant ABS to UL94-HB. We can also supply a wide range of switches, pilot lamps and other accessories to supply customised products. Please ask for details.

Sensata / Crydom DRC3P Series (DIN Rail Mount AC Output) Solid State Relays

The DRC3P Series is a family of DIN Rail Mount, IEC standard based Solid State Contactors with a proprietary thermal management technology, which allows them to switch on and off 3-phase loads of up to 7.6 Amps per phase at 600 VAC in a compact 45mm wide package.The DRC3P Series Solid State Contactors are particularly suited for demanding applications where you need to control (start/stop) 3-phase motors of up to 5HP at 480 VAC. They offer the highest switching frequency in the market (up to 9000 cycles per hour), making them the ideal solution for replacement of electromechanical contactors in applications that require high reliability and/or frequent switching.

The DRC3P Series models are available in 2 configurations (with 2 or 3 controlled legs) and they are available with optional embedded auxiliary contacts for additional functionality in your control circuits.
