Cynergy3 D1 Series Relay

The D1 series is a reed relay with changeover contacts which are often used in safety critical applications.

The switching is achieved through the use of high vacuum reed switches with Tungsten contacts and make these relays suitable for high reliability applications, such as test equipment and high voltage power supplies.

These are PCB mount relays, though custom options may be available on request.

The S3 series is a compact reed relay with changeover contacts which are often used for safety critical applications.

Low contact resistance, through the use of Rhodium contact reed switches, makes the S series suitable for many high voltage applications at DC and low frequency, where performance and reliability are paramount.

The S1 Form B series is a miniature high voltage single-in-line reed relay for applications where space saving is a prime consideration, with normally closed contacts.

The coil pins are positioned near the centre of the relay while the contact pins are near the ends to give improved isolation between the high voltage contacts and the low voltage coil.

The S1-TWIN switch relay series is a miniature high voltage single-in-line reed relay with two reed switches for applications where space saving is a prime consideration.

Cynergy3 Components Have Launched A New Series of Liquid Level Sensors Which Are Fitted With 4-Pin, M12 Electrical Connectors.

The RSF150 series of vertical float switches are manufactured from a choice of 4 different materials to ensure compatibility with the widest range of liquids.  Nitrile gaskets are supplied as standard, but can be specified from alternative materials to suit the application.    And they are now available with the popular 4-pin M12 round connector – to provide a convenient and foolproof electrical connection.

As with many other Cynergy3 float switches, the float can be readily inverted in order to offer either normally open or normally closed operation, and the switch itself can be specified to have either 25VA or 100VA capacity.

All float switches in the series have either WRAS or UL (or both) approvals.

Cynergy3 can also supply the mating plus and cables and these are available in various lengths and with either straight or elbowed plugs.

Cynergy3 Launches DH-R Series High Insulation Resistance, High Voltage Reed Relays

D-HR Series

Cynergy3 Components have recently launched a new variant of their high voltage reed relays – these having high insulation resistance of 1x10E14 Ohms. Available in PCB mount format with either PCB connections or flying leads, there are a range of 5, 12 or 24Vdc coil versions, with either tungsten or rhodium contacts.

* 10kV or 15kV Isolation
* Low Contact Resistance
* PCB or Flying Leads Connections
* Ideal for sensitive test and measurement circuits which require low leakage current losses

Very high isolation voltages – up to 15kV – are achieved through the use of high vacuum reed switches with either rhodium or tungsten contacts which make these relays suitable for high reliability applications, such as cardiac defibrillators, test equipment and high voltage power supplies. The rhodium contact relays have low contact resistance, while the tungsten contact relays can switch higher voltages.

Typical applications for these DH-R Series relays include cardiac defibrillators, test equipment, high voltage power supplies and other high reliability equipment.

Cynergy3 High Voltage Reed Relays Now Available With 200W Rating

Cynergy3 Components has introduced the D200 Series high voltage reed relays which combine a high power 200W switching capacity with isolation of 7kV across the contacts.

The D200 relays come in the same package and pin-out as the popular D Series. The switching performance is achieved through the use of high vacuum reed switches with tungsten contacts. Typical D200 Series applications include test equipment, high voltage power supplies, medical equipment, or any application requiring increased safety margins on the switching power ratings.

D200 Series relays come with Normally-Open (NO) contacts. Models are available with 5V, 12V and 24V coil operation. The maximum switching voltage is 2.5kV. The contacts are capable of switching 3Adc, or carrying a maximum current of 5Adc.
