IDEM Range, CPR Series Compact Non-Contact Plastic Safety Switch

Wide sensing distances plus the resistance to high temperatures and fluids have become mandatory features in the selection of IDEM Non-Contact Safety Switches for guarding applications. Idem Safety Switches has launched a compact fully enclosed high grade plastic non contact interlock switch to cope with the rigorous demands of the food, beverage and pharmaceutical environments. 

Available with up to 2 circuits switching high power up to 2A at 230V.ac.  The Idemag CPR range offers a compact slimline fitting and provides environmental protection up to 80C. and is suitable for high pressure hosing (IP66/67).

The housing is finished and sealed with a fitted back plate for extra mechanical and environmental durability. In addition to the high specification enclosure the switch offers a wide 14mm sensing distance, a high tolerance to misalignment and can be actuated from either the side or front switch face.

They will connect to most popular Safety Monitoring relays to provide up to Cat. 4 EN 954-1.
